Style Tips You Can Actually Follow

I know time is not something you want to put into your wardrobe. BUT the fact is, girls like a guy who can dress and carry himself with a little confidence. You can’t be stuck in college forever. Lucky for you, this is easier to attain than you think. Let’s lay it out head to toe…

No truer words have been spoken about the world of fashion. If you view style as a means of personal expression and communication of the self, it can not be belittled as an art form. And since when does art have rules?

Giorgio Armani said, “The difference between fashion and style is quality.” After all, fashions fade, but style is eternal. The importance of quality can be understood in all aspects of our lifestyle – from the friends we chose to the values we possess. And just like with style, the quality of person we are is in the details.

How does one attain such quality you might ask? Consistency. Quality is proven through consistency. Life is one habit after another. The trick is to create good habits.

9 year old Willow Smith showed up at the Karate Kid Movie premiere (supporting her oldest brother Jaden), looking fierrcer than Rihanna! Are those Hammer pants I see?? I must say, I wouldn’t rock the look, but kudos for the attitude, girl. And I am digging the hair.

Usually, I’m not so keen on Bubble Gum pink, however… Dolce Vita brings you this Pela hot pink nappa leather criss cross strappy wedge sandals with open toe and back zipper. These beauties are retailing for $166. For Spring, I’d steer away from black and try styling them with some softer neutrals like khaki. Find them here.

Oh what I would do if it were me in that VANS factory! This girl managed to create a pretty heinous pair of shoes. The originals were so cute! I’m looking forward to Spring already

Or do they??? I’m going with not quite. First Cudi pulled a Kanye during his interview with Nardwuar, and now he’s wearing kilts? It’s true, You are not seeing things, and this pic was not photoshopped. The Kid from Cleveland rocked a kilt on New Years Eve in Miami. I know Snoop wore one too, but who ever took fashion advice from him?? Some might want to give props for this “courageous” fashion risk, but it seems more like a cry for attention to me. Can we keep this tradition in Scotland and Ireland? Thanks guys.

I usually like my sneakers clean and simple, but these are too unique not to comment on. Apparently, the inspiration for the design of the sneaker was found in Dr. Huxtable’s multi-patterened wool sweaters. I don’t think the white grain leather does anything for the shoe however. I love the fabric, but the thought almost seems incomplete. I wish they would have done something a little more natural like the bamboo weave. They’re not yet available in the US, but if you are interested, find them through this Korean retailer Kasina.
